
Ingredients
- Cauliflower – 1 medium size(cut into small florets)
- Corn flour – 5 tbsp
- Onion (Chopped 3)
- Red chillies – 8-9 no
- Cumin powder – 1/2 tbsp
- garam masala powder – 1 tbsp
- Soya sauce – 2 tbsp
- Vinegar – 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste – 2tbsp,Salt to taste
- Red color(food) powder- 1 tbsp
- Ajinomoto – 1/4 tsp(optional)
- Some finely chopped curry leaves for batter and some for frying in oil.
- Coriander leaves
Instructions
- Deep fry cauliflower in hot oil till it become light brown.
- Take a pan put chopped onion ,cumin seeds, red-chillies, garam masala powder , soya -sauce, vinegar with ginger garlic paste for 10-15 minutes till the paste become little brown.
- Add the fried Cauliflower into that and keep it for 10-15 minutes , your dish is ready.
- Serve hot.
