Cauli-Flower Chilly

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower – 1 medium size(cut into small florets)
  • Corn flour – 5 tbsp
  • Onion (Chopped 3)
  • Red chillies – 8-9 no
  • Cumin powder – 1/2 tbsp
  • garam masala powder – 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce – 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar – 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste – 2tbsp,Salt to taste
  • Red color(food) powder- 1 tbsp
  • Ajinomoto – 1/4 tsp(optional)
  • Some finely chopped curry leaves for batter and some for frying in oil.
  • Coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Deep fry cauliflower in hot oil till it become light brown.
  2. Take a pan put chopped onion ,cumin seeds, red-chillies, garam masala powder , soya -sauce, vinegar with ginger garlic paste for 10-15 minutes till the paste become little brown.
  3. Add the fried Cauliflower into that and keep it for 10-15 minutes , your dish is ready.
  4. Serve hot.
