
Paneer tikka dry
Pan fried paneer tikka is a veggie special ,quick easy recipe which can be served as a starter or side dish.
Ingredients
- Paneer -200gm
- Chillli Powder- 2 tea spoon
- Black pepper powder-1/2 tea spoon
- Garam Masala -1/2 tea spoon
- Turmeric powder- 1 pinch
- Ginger Garlic Paste- 1 table spoon
- Curd- 2 table spoon
- Butter -1 Table spoon
- Salt- According to taste
Method
- Wash and cut paneer into rectangle shapes.
- Chillli Powder ,Black Pepper powder ,garam masala, turmeric powder ,ginger garlic paste and salt should be made as a paste adding curd .
- Marinate paneer pieces with the paste and keep it for 20 minutes.
- Heat 1 table spoon of butter in a non stick frying pan .Shallow fry marinated paneer pieces by turning both sides on a low flame till it turns brown. (About 8 minutes).
- Remove from the flame and transfer to the serving dish.
