Paneer tikka dry

Pan fried paneer tikka is a veggie special ,quick easy recipe which can be served as a starter or side dish.

Ingredients

  • Paneer -200gm
  • Chillli Powder- 2 tea spoon
  • Black pepper powder-1/2 tea spoon
  • Garam Masala -1/2 tea spoon
  • Turmeric powder- 1 pinch
  •  Ginger Garlic Paste- 1 table spoon
  • Curd- 2 table spoon
  • Butter -1 Table spoon
  • Salt- According to taste

Method

  • Wash and cut paneer into rectangle shapes.
  • Chillli Powder ,Black Pepper powder ,garam masala, turmeric powder ,ginger garlic paste and salt should be made as a paste adding curd .
  • Marinate paneer pieces with the paste and keep it for 20 minutes.
  • Heat 1 table spoon of butter in a non stick frying pan .Shallow fry marinated paneer pieces by turning both sides on a low flame till it turns brown. (About 8 minutes).
  • Remove from the flame and transfer to the serving dish.
