Lets begin this travel story with a beautiful quote “Once in a while you need to pack a bag get the girls and go on a road trip” which is really come true when we girls dare to travel and made a memorable trip. so the planning starting from the month of July , after a great fall discussion we finalize the place Kodaikenal , Kodaikanal is a beautiful, a very popular hill station in Tamil Nadu, India. It has picturesque views of valleys, lakes, waterfalls and grassy hills. While most of the people flock to the famous hill stations of Ooty and Coonoor, the crowd at Kodaikanal is relatively low. This is one of the reasons we absolutely fell in love with this place when we headed here.
so it was Friday night we started our journey in OLA cab headed to the bus stop bommanahali (Banglore) in which we started our journey to Kodaikenal. so here is some cool snaps we have taken in the bus stop.
So after that our journey began to kodai .we had a stop in between and after yummy tummy full dinner we headed towards kodai. we had some cool gossip on bus with sound sleep. presenting the lovely quote “A bus ride is like being in another world.”
Day 1
Kodai here we came !!! So it was a fresh morning with some cool breeze we climb down in the kodai bus stop. eyes are too sleepy but we are super excited for exploring new city . so there we booked a taxi and we headed towards our home stay.
So we reach our home stay Laxmilands located near Malli Road,Kiran Garden its beautiful luxury home stay must be recommended ,after fresh up we had tummy full breakfast.in the memory lane with some cool pics.
After that we headed for sightseeing our first visit was to Kurinji Andavar Temple,This 1936 Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Murugan is set in scenic surrounds with Kurinji flowers. the weather was super cool so how can we miss to enjoy and took some cool pics .

So our next destination was Rose garden surrounded with different flower beauties where we never miss a chance to take some cool snaps in each place to make the trip memorable . then our next destination was the Pine Forest is not a place with scenic views but is also perfect for long walks and unwinding. Spending some relaxing moments in the natural surroundings among the beautiful trees around is a charm and worth it. The Pine Forest has become one of the most famous sightseeing attractions due to the enjoyable atmosphere around. so we had wonderful time there with some hot snacks outside. and also we did some shopping like kodai homemade chocolates and some memorable show piece from the outside bazaar.
The most memorable pic was the jumping click for which we did bit struggle to capture it perfectly but still unable so finally decided to collage it which make it more funny and memorable:P.
So after this a enjoyable tired funny day 1 at kodaikenal we moving back to our beautiful home stay after that. there we had a lovely dinner which was home cooked and lovely services. then we had some girls gossip which went till mid night.
Now with the morning blink eye we woke up on the beautiful hill station blended with natural beauty thinking about to make Day 2 even more memorable.
After having a lovely breakfast at our home stay we again moving ahead for sight seeing before we started for sight seeing we clicked some beautiful pics at our home stay .
Then we started our sight seeing first we visited to Vattakanal Water Falls situated at a distance of 3 km from the town of Kodaikanal is popular for its rich biodiversity. Encompassed by trees, slopes and rich greenery all around, this fascination compensates for an ideal spot to watch the marvel that is nature and every one of its components intently. There is additionally an extension present close to the falls which is astonishing for clicking pictures.so we also clicked some beautiful picture near there . then we headed to kemmangundi z point. it was bit adventurous and we four walked in between we clicked some cool pictures also enjoyed the beautiful view nature at its best.

We had the boat ride at kodaikennal lake with some shopping in the local market we headed back to home stay for packing and the trip came to end with wonderful memories for life time.
It was my first girls trip which was finally happened ,which is unforgettable. so ending my writing with a special quote

Once in life we must visit to this beautiful place, Months we can travel in july august must be recommended .
